- You are responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing support, training, and guidance to help them achieve their goals and maximize their use of our products.
- You are responsible for the entire customer lifecycle from pre-sales to onboarding, account escalations and upsell campaigns.
- You report tot the CEO.
- You have a master degree and a good understanding of Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence
- You are well known with Customer Experience. Customer onboarding, account escalation and customer advocay have little secrets for you.
- You have commercial flair and excellent communication skills. You can adopt your style according to the target audiance.
- You are a goal-getter, highly organised and self-driving.
