MLOps: Model Rebuilding vs. Model Retraining

Model rebuilding takes a Model Zoo and creates completely new models to complement it, potentially adding to the Model Zoo and/or replacing models in the Model Zoo. Model retraining takes the models in the Model Zoo and updates only their coefficients, keeping the model structure intact.
